Prevention is the key with cardiac disease. This module is designed for nurses who are currently working in the cardiac arena or those who wish to gain confidence in their cardiac assessment skills. Cardiac risk factor assessment is of utmost importance in determining the cause of chest pain. Even if cardiac testing proves to be negative, the value of teaching moments cannot be overlooked
